Pacific Coast National Bank Announces
First Quarter, First Anniversary Financial Results

San Clemente, CA - May 20, 2006-Michael S. Hahn, President of Pacific Coast National Bancorp and Pacific Coast National Bank (the "Bank") (OTCBB:PCST.OB, announced financial results for its first quarter of 2006 ended March 31, 2006. Total assets of $36 million at March 31, 2006, represented 15% growth from year-end December 31, 2005. The Bank opened its doors in San Clemente and Encinitas, California in June 2005.

"These results represent significant growth and are reflective of the desire within the communities we serve to do business with a bank that is committed to superior customer service," said Hahn.
